"The Centennial Celebration Committee [of Orchard Lake Community Church, Presbyterian], appointed in 1972, conceived this book to have two purposes. The first was to consolidate and update previous histories of the church with as much additional material as possible while there were still those who at least remembered the events of the past 35 years. For those of us involved during this period it would serve as a memory refresher and souvenir. The second was to acquaint newcomers with what had gone before and to demonstrate the dedication which has brought us where we are." 48 pages. Includes space for autographs, memoranda and notes. |
